Hurricane Dennis Closeout Sale

Gandy Beach, nearly two hours after Dennis makes landfall in the Panhandle.

Outer bands of Dennis arrived Friday evening while the eye was still in Cuba. The rain from the bands was so heavy, traffic on the way home dropped to 20 mph.

At the southbound rest stop along the Sunshine Skyway, the fish kill from the red tide outbreak was apparent last weekend, along with an accompanying throat irritation.

A walk-in clinic on Fourth Street was recently demolished. The demolition was easy enough, except that the clinic was originally a bank. Here are the remains of the vault.

Living in an apartment complex, it's hard to avoid encounters with your retarded neighbors. Like whoever this was that decided to throw their bed set over the balcony.
